Overview:
I have believed in the power of creativity for many years. Artists write, paint and draw to discover, uncover, make sense of, mend and extract. They treat their minds like gardens, approaching them with a specific set of tools. They know that they need to be maintained and watched in order to remain healthy and continue to grow. They plant, water, tend and weed, all the while understanding there is a wealth of potential just beneath the surface waiting for them to find it.

At the same time, they understand that this is a place of demons and monsters, holding within it past hurts and grievances and unresolved losses and traumas. It needs to be approached with caution and treated with respect. It likes to be visited and spoken to on a regular basis.

What to expect:
With my guidance and support you will learn how to access your own Mind Garden using the medium of your choice. You will be encouraged to use a variety of materials and given time to get plenty of metaphorical dirt under your nails.

We will then share what this has revealed and I will give suggestions to help you achieve a healthier, happier garden; one that is always in bloom, full of life and bathed in eternal sunshine and technicolour.

My teaching style is based on a unique combination of patience, encouragement and love.

Length:
Standard sessions are 1.5 hours (although I can offer longer if desired).

• Sessions are competitively priced at the rate of €70 per 1.5 hour

Location:
Sessions are held in a relaxed environment – either a friendly café or my apartment, depending on your need and what feels energetically right for our work together – and venues are situated in Palma de Mallorca.

If you would prefer for me to come to your home, depending on location and subject to approval, I am happy to travel. I will, however, require you to cover expenses, like time and travel.
